Lieutenant Jeff Millen

Jeff Millen was hired at the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office in 1996. Since 1996 he was a Deputy Sheriff and Detention Officer with the Richmond County Jail. In 2003 he was promoted to Sergeant and continued as supervisor in the jail.  In 2005 he was promoted to Lieutenant and Jail Administrator. Since that time Jeff has worked as the Jail Administrator and supervisor over the Richmond County Jail.

During his law enforcement career Lieutenant Millen has attended many in-service training classes and has been awarded several certificates. These include:
